Small Jobs
A small job would be any job 5k or less. A job like this would always take our crew one day or less to complete. These projects require minimum materials and are typically more labor oriented. For example, a small jobs might involve planting two trees and pulling some weeds or maybe a job where we are planting 10 shrubs and edging your planting beds.
Labor Only Jobs
We often do jobs where our customer would prefer to purchase and deliver all materials needed to the jobsite. Then we send out our crew to install those materials based on pre-determined labor rate. Our standard labor rate for this scenario is $110 per hour, per man. In most cases this is less than your standard auto mechanic, air conditioning service call or plumber would be per hour. Our men our trained and work speedy fast. Do you need two men for a day? Then consider this option.
On Budget Jobs
We always prefer to work from a stated budget. This allows us to tailor your service needs preciesely to match that budget. We offer a wide range of materials from cheap to mid-range to luxury. We can take your stated funding amount and then direct you towards the appropriate materials to achieve your goals. If you have a clear budget, we can normally meet it and complete your job on time and on budget.

Irrigation Pricing
Irrigation is a critical part of your landscape project. Without proper water distribution, the plant materials will not survive our hot Florida sunshine. There are different ways to build your irrigation system and we always prefer to do it the right way. This consists of employing some basic standard operating proceedures which will ensure proper function and seasonal adjustability of your irrigation system. For example, we prefer to have drip irrigation, pop up heads and rotory heads on separate zones in your landscape. Some plants, such as bougainvillea prefer less water than other plants, so it is beneficial to think about “isolation zones” for plants, like bougainvillea, which allow the ultimate fine tuning of specific areas in your landscape. Finally, your lawn needs to be on a separate zone from your planting beds. We must be able to adjust the water going to your lawn independently of the plant material.
Irrigation is in addition to all other prices listed on this page. As a good rule-of-thumb, take the total square footage of irrigated area needed on your project and multiply that by $1.50 per square foot. That will give you a very close and reasonable estimate of the cost of your irrigation system installation (industry standard). The majority of our irrigation systems range from $4,500-$10,000. Isolated repair work and adjustment on an existing system is much less and that sort of work is done on a time and materials basis by our skilled irrigation technician.
Please note that this price assumes that your water source is established and ready to hook up. If you need a new water service installed with backflow preventor, then that is going to be something that could cost an additional $2,600.00 to accomplish. If you need a well installed, to supply your irrigation system, that can be even more costly. So, please consider the source of the water that will fill the pipes of your irrigation system. If you are using public water, consider a separate water meter which only supplies your irrigation system. With this setup, you never need to cut off the water to your home while work is being done on your irrigation system. Also, it is nice to see that irrigation water use bill separated from the water you are using in your home. It helps identify irregularities and ensures that your water use is consistent from month to month.

Concrete Pavers Pricing
Concrete paver installations make up a large percentage of our monthly work. We install all brands of concrete pavers including Belgard, Artistic Pavers, Universal Hardscapes, Stabil pavers and Tremron concrete pavers. These five manufacturers represent the totality of concrete paver manufacturers in the state of Florida. Our team is both skilled and speedy fast at completing concrete paver projects. We build all of our concrete paver structures 0n top of a 1 inch sand bedding layer and a 4-6″ base layer of compacted crushed concrete. Four inches of compacted crushed concrete is sufficient for pedestrian applications and six inches of compacted crushed concrete base is appropriate for vehicular driveway applications. We do a concrete edge for our edge restraint system which keeps everything locked into place.
Buyer Beware: some of the “corner cutting” we are seeing by other crews out there is that they are not properly excavating the area for concrete pavers and the projects they are building are often layed on top of two inches of base material. That surely makes for savings in the short term, but it will only lead to problems and premature failure of the structure in the long term. So please consider the strength and longevity of your project when comparing pricing. One installation is not always the same as the next. So, what does the base material under your pavers look like? Is it compacted to
For estimating purposes, use $20-$25 per square foot as a guide to establishing an appropriate budget for a quality concrete paver installation. A project with straight lines will be towards the bottom end of that range and a project with lots of curves, which require more difficult cutting, will be at the higher end of that range. Please note that this pricing assumes easy front yard access to the construction area, if we have to wheelbarrow pavers to the back yard, or up or down a big hill, that will certainly effect cost. This pricing also assumes a base level concrete paver product such as a 6″x6″ square & 6″x9″ rectangle combo product or traditional 4″x8″ (holland shape) paver installed in a herringbone pattern. Specialty pavers and large format pavers will be slightly more expensive because they can cost more per square foot to purchase.
